Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items such as digital products, downloadable software, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and issue description.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
